The value parameter attribute
@INIVAL
is used to assign an initial value to a parameter used as part of an interative calculation. This may be necessary or more efficient to achieve convergence.
Syntax

:Expression in the data slot of the parameter
- Expression is the initial value for the parameter in case of an iterative calculation. It provides the possibility to assign a computed value as starting value, i.e. the result of an expression or the current value of another parameter.
