1.2    The Quaestor Help

To assist knowledge engineers, Quaestor provides information on a lot of topics such as the intrinsic functions, attributes, dimensions, etc. All this information can be found in the Quaestor node in the Knowledge Browser.

The information is based on HTML files which will be collected from the Wiki on the internet and presented in a browser. Note that an Internet connection to http://www.quaestor.org is required to get the available data. The following information connected:

• Quaestor
• Functions
• Attributes
• Dimensions
• Constants

Furhtermore, you can always press F1. Quaestor will go to the relevant Wiki page based on the item in focus at that moment. The information will be shown in the internal browser. 

Information on available and relevant parameters, objects and intrinsic functions will also pop-up as selection box in the Expression Editor while creating or modifying a relation. Furthermore, you get steno feedback in the tooltip of the Expression Editor on the syntax of the intrinsic function you are using at that time. In addition, a full description on the intrinsic function you are using is shown in the browser window, providing information on the syntax where possible including some basic examples.
