The complete process of tracing, managing, using and developing technical knowledge and its use within an organisation is called knowledge management.
In other words, technical knowledge management consists of a number of aspects:
- data collection and management;
- parameter collection and management;
- relations (and tools) collection and management;
- reasoning with data, parameters and relations;
- interaction and use of all these aspects in a process;
