The parameter attribute @NONRINST is used to omit in an entity any @NRINST parameter, so the number of cases cannot be defined by such parameter (in general only a list of singular values will be present).
Place @NONRINST in the data slot of the parameter
Is included in QEntityData to define the current entity to contain no table (so only a list) and as such, it overrules possible @NRINST attributes contained in any of the parameters in the entity.
