MARIN software is protected with a license. To be able to use a MARIN product, a valid license must be used. MARIN has upgraded their licensing product and now uses two licensing models, online licensing (trusted storage-based) and offline licensing (certificate-based). The advantage of online licensing is that that you do not have to wait for a license file from the Marin support department and that you can activate the Marin product directly. 

If you received an activationID together with your product or in an e-mail, you can continue to activate your product using the online licensing (trusted storage-based)
