CodingType$ (a StrExp) is used in the ENDECODE$() syntax and can be: 

1. "BASE64ENCODE", encode in Base64 code;
2. "BASE64DECODE", decode from Bas64 code;
3. "BASE64BINARYENCODE", encode in Base64Binary code;
4. "BASE64BINARYDECODE", decode from Base64Binary code;
