The parameter/object attribute @LOCAL is used to define that a value is unique for the current level. Without this attribute, if possible, the specific object or parameters is saved on the top (Solution) level and can be accessed (inherited) from any object in the Solution or Dataset. Use the attribute to avoid this behaviour. 

Syntax

Place @LOCAL in the data slot of the parameter
